After successfully completing this course you will be able to customise computer systems and be proficient in designing and developing computer networks.Course contentThe course has two main themes, communication and networks, and computer engineering. You study eight modules plus a major project. Communications and network modulesAt least three from: - communication engineering - communication Media - communication networks - network applications Computer engineering modulesAt least three from: - microprocessor engineering - object-oriented methods - operating systems - software engineering Option modulesUp to two from: - applicable artificial intelligence - business process management - digital signal processing - advanced computer systems architectures - project (equivalent to four modules)
