Study Property Management Masters Programmes

Property management encompasses the tasks and responsibilities that are required to keep a residential, commercial or industrial property in good condition daily. Property managers are involved in the maintenance, repairs and security of the property. As well as being important for the daily operations of properties, a property manager can also be useful for organisations and individuals on investment, property laws and asset management.

There are several careers available to graduates of property management. These include property development, planning and development surveyor and commercial/residential property manager.

Your masters degree will be delivered through lectures and seminars, with an emphasis on your final project or dissertation. Modules you study could include:

  • Landlord and tenancy agreements
  • Corporate and commercial real estate management
  • Property valuation
  • Real estate law
