Make sure you choose an agricultural university or environmental science college with the specialisations you are interested in. Agricultural study courses include forestry, horticulture, equine studies (that’s horses), viticulture (that’s wine), food processing, wool science, plant breeding, soil science and plant nutrition. You may want to take extra business study units if you want to manage a large farming property or agricultural business.
