For school leavers and aspiring management trainees working in dealerships
The only programme of its kind in the UK, this programme offers a unique opportunity to attract bright young people to join dealerships and other automotive retail channels, or to develop the talents of existing employees with aspirations to higher management roles. Students are expected to work full-time at a dealership whilst studying part-time towards their degree, funded by their sponsoring dealer.

Fees can be paid in quarterly instalments over 3 years. Loughborough University Alumni are eligible for a 20% discount in fees.
Suitable for aspiring managers with 3 years’ experience or 2 A-Levels. Entrants do not require managerial experience but may be asked to take an aptitude test to ensure they study the programme most suited to them. English language requirements apply - please contact us for details.
