We welcome dynamic, bold thinkers committed to understanding the fast-paced, ever-changing fashion industry. Our BA (Hons) Fashion Promotion & Imaging course combines essential practical and experiential skills to launch you into your creative career.

You'll graduate with a thorough understanding of the business of fashion, the role that promotion and imaging has within the sector, and strong skills in self-promotion, networking, technology and communication.

The syllabus reflects this vibrant sector through a selection of pathway choices, allowing the course to be tailored around your personal strengths and interests. Our Fashion Promotion and Imaging degree covers subject areas such as photography and styling, set building, filmmaking, branding and creative marketing.

You’ll learn about the practice of fashion promotion and image creation in a wider cultural context – the skills we teach are transferable and fit into many different areas of the industry.

Our fashion and textiles courses are ranked sixth in the UK by The Guardian University Guide 2018.

In your second year, we’ll encourage and support work placement opportunities and also offer Study Abroad options to host institutions such as Amsterdam Fashion Institute, IED Barcelona and the Whitehouse Institute in Melbourne and Sydney, Australia.

Our dedicated academic staff are active fashion practitioners within this sector and act as nurturing and supportive guides – treating students as fashion professionals from the outset, sharing their own work, group collaboration and critiques.
