About Service Science and Management, MSc - at University of Exeter Business School

This programme combines a knowledge of the principles of management with an exploration of the new world of service science with the aim of producing highly effective managers for service-driven corporations. It aims to give you the ability use and develop management strategies in a service organisation at an advanced level. You will learn about the consumer experience in a modern service economy, and will gain awareness of the challenges involved in managing a globalised service organisation.

Entry requirements A good relevant first degree from a recognised university. Please note that work experience is not required.
